  • Student acceptance and payment agreement form: completed and signed
  • Payment can be made by:
    • Credit card
    • Cheque payable to SIBT
    • FEE-HELP, please complete the online form
  • Evidence of Australian citizenship: Passport, Australian citizenship or birth certificate may be provided (please bring a copy of the original)
  • Contact details: Australian address (including postcode) and telephone number.
