Quick Guide for Entrants
The Navitas Lives Transformed Competition celebrates the amazing journeys of our students and alumni whose lives have been changed through education at a Navitas institution. Here’s a simple overview of what you need to know before entering.

Who Can Enter?

  • A current or past student of a Navitas owned or operated college, campus, or English language centre in Australasia.
  • 18 years or older when the competition closes.
  • If you are a past student, you must have successfully completed your studies at your Navitas institution.

What You Need to Submit?

To enter, you’ll need to complete the online entry form and provide:
  • A brief story about how education at a Navitas institution transformed your life.
  • A short video that brings your story to life.
  • A photo of yourself.
Think of your video as a chance to share your story and to describe what studying at your Navitas college, campus, or centre has meant for you. You might describe:
  • A moment, experience, or opportunity that shaped your learning journey.
  • Something that challenged you, or opened a new door.
  • Support you found along the way, whether from teachers, staff, or classmates.
  • How your studies have influenced where you are now or where you’re headed.

Submit Your Story

In up to 250 words, reflect on how your studies opened doors to new possibilities. Describe the experiences, insights, or support that helped you move forward in your learning journey. Focus on the aspects that expanded your confidence, direction, or opportunities, and share your story in your own voice. Don’t forget to include your name and the name of the Navitas institution where you studied.
Bring Your Story to Life in a Video
In your 60 second video, introduce yourself and where you studied, and talk about how your learning experience opened up new possibilities for you. You may highlight the opportunities you discovered, the support you received, meaningful moments from your journey or successful outcomes. Keep it natural and personal.
Recording Tips: Quiet place, good lighting, portrait/vertical.  Capture the upper body, speak loud and clear, shoot from the right angle. We may use it for promotional purposes!

Only MP4, MOV, AVI formats are allowed. Max file size 30MB

File Naming Instructions:
  • Rename your file before uploading
  • Use your first and last name
  • Do not use space or any special characters
  • Ex. firstname-lastname-video.mp4

Only JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats are allowed.
Tips: Clear, high‑quality, portrait, no group photos. We may use it for promotional purposes!
