By now you should have completed your application form and received your Letter of Offer. We have outlined the steps to follow so you can organize and prioritize your pre-departure plans. If you have further questions please contact us, we are here to help.

Pre-Arrival Steps to Success

  1. Have you read through your Letter of Offer? You will need to sign and return your Acceptance of Offer Form in order to accept our offer.

  2. Have you made your payment? You can pay online or through telegraphic transfer.

  3. Have you booked your accommodations? Extremely important and the last thing you want to do is arrive without a place to stay.

  4. Have you started your visa application? You can apply directly through the Canadian High Commission or with help from a local representative. Please be aware of the different application processing times that differ from country to country.

  5. Have you cleared your conditions? This doesn’t apply to everyone so double check your Letter of Offer to confirm if you have any conditions to clear.

  6. Have you logged into your Student Portal? Please create an account and register so you are fully prepared to enrol in classes when registration opens.

  7. Have you read our pre-arrival guide? This comprehensive guide helps you make conscious decisions about what you should and shouldn’t bring with you to Canada.

  8. Have you confirmed your airport pickup? When you arrive you can safely hail a taxi cab and they will take you to your local destination. You can alternatively pre-arrange airport pickup by completing the form which is located on our website in the pre-arrival information page.

  9. Have you confirmed your Canadian addresses and contact numbers? When you arrive in Canada you will land in Vancouver or Toronto, visit their airport websites so you are prepared. When you arrive in Winnipeg you will need to know your local addresses and contact numbers.

  10. Have you contacted your Marketing Manager with flight information and visa status? It is important to make sure someone in Canada knows you are coming, in addition to calling your family when you land.
