The Associate Degree in Management has a regular intake of new students every four months. Each trimester Volunteering SA&NT will work with SAIBT to identify the students who will be participating in the student placement program and their skills, interests and abilities.

If your organisation has registered its interest, and demonstrated its capability to take student placements with Volunteering SA&NT, you will be notified as suitable students are identified for your placement opportunities. You are able to take more than one student at a time.

What type of roles can these students perform?

  • Receptionist & Telephone support
  • Data Entry & Reporting
  • Accounts & Payroll Services
  • Marketing, Fundraising & Events Administration
  • General Administration Assistant

What will my organisation be responsible for?

Your organisation will be responsible for supervising, coaching and monitoring the student(s) in a professional and competent manner while on placement in the workplace.

The Placement Partner will also be expected to attend a cultural diversity training facilitated by Volunteering SA&NT and provide program feedback to Volunteering SA&NT, as required, per semester.
