Heart of Navitas Event, Dubai

Last week the Middle East and Africa (MEA) team invited a group of MENA agents and staff to dress in their finest (with a hint of green) and attend the Heart of Navitas appreciation evening!

The event was possible thanks to close collaboration with UA92 and Keele University International College (KUIC) and the hard work of the teams from these institutions. The evening showcases both colleges and gave agents the opportunity to meet KUIC representatives for the first time – KUIC joined the Navitas family only last year.

The event created an evening different to anything agents have ever experienced, with a specific focus on every touchpoint of their journey as a ‘Heart of Navitas’ attendee. This ranged from the initial invitation – a chocolate-shaped heart with an origami heart invite inside the chocolate. On arrival, agents were welcomed with a red-carpet entrance where paparazzi stood at one end and cheering fans (Navitas staff) were on the other end. At the end of the red-carpet walk was a large KUIC backdrop for guest photo opportunities.

As the event and awards kicked off, agents were asked to walk (or dance!) down another red carpet while their favourite song played, before receiving their appreciation certificate from MEA staff. Together the team and agents created a memorable and much-loved evening!
