SIBT – outstanding Student Satisfaction Survey results

SIBT achieves impressive 80.8% for the overall quality of educational experience in Student Satisfaction Survey.

In the 2021 survey results that were published this week, SIBT has achieved an impressive 80.8% for the overall quality of educational experience.

The Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) are a set of higher education surveys recognised by the Australian government. The Student Experience Survey (SES) covers five key areas including Skills Development, Learner Engagement, Teaching Quality, Student Support and Learning Resources.

SIBT saw a significant increase in Teaching Quality from 71.9% (2020) to 78.5%. The survey also indicates that students have given an increased satisfaction rating for the Learning Resources provided to them, rated at 80.7%, well above the industry average of 73.2%. These outcomes indicate that our teachers are continuously providing the best quality education to our students.

With a rating of 77.1% in Student Support, our hard-working and friendly Student Support team is definitely providing their best support and guidance to our students on campus and offshore.

We are also very happy to share that SIBT is the number one college in the Navitas UPA division for overall quality of education.
