The Student Services team at Hertfordshire International College are taking the student experience into their own hands in 2022.
Since the return to the ‘new normal’ in the education sector, HIC has dedicated its resources to improving the student experience both online and on campus. This has been achieved through a new comprehensive calendar of activities aimed at driving engagement and inclusion amongst the international student community.
From social activities such as a weekly football club, film club, and bingo nights to the more tailored services such as wellness check-ups, speed-friending, and communication hubs. These services have proved important for minors in particular.
The results of the recent Student Satisfaction survey reflects the success of these efforts. Administered throughout the Navitas network, HIC has had hugely positive feedback in terms of the support and extra-curricular activities we have on offer. HIC students are kept in the loop through regular emails and social media updates across our channels.
